NECCBH Headquarters at Roosevelt Blvd. & Adams Avenue is open:

Monday 9:00 am to 9:00 pm
Tuesday 9:00 am to 9:00 pm
Wednesday 9:00 am to 9:00 pm
Thursday 9:00 am to 9:00 pm
Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Some NECCBH programs have special hours, which are indicated on their respective Web Pages.

Residential programs operate 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.

Holidays

Holidays falling on Saturday will be observed on Friday. Holidays falling on Sunday will be observed on Monday.

Emergency Closings

There may be occasions when the Northeast Community Center for Behavioral Health (NECCBH) closes for an emergency situation. This could be due to weather, extended power failure or some other unforeseen facility problem.

Weather (usually snow):

You can telephone 215-831-2800 to listen to a weather closing announcement. This announcement will be posted by 8:00 am.

After Opening Emergencies:

There may be a time when an emergency occurs during the workday. This may be a facility-specific problem or a pending weather event affecting all programs. If a closing such as this is necessary, staff will remain until all individuals are given the means to get home. NECCBH will use its best efforts to contact individuals to cancel appointments.
